I think the full rebuild kits contain the linkages, you may have to fab up a periphery part, but they look pretty basic.

I just fully rebuilt my TSX 635 and the full rebuild kit (~$58) has the parts by your arrows "to" and "convert" (same part-choke rod) and your arrows "for" and "parts" are the same part, just a piece of metal that holds the cable sheath for the choke. Could be easily fabbed from thicker sheetmetal. The screw for the sheath holder was in the full rebuild kit.
