Made by Toyosha (Japan), no new parts have been made for them for awhile (they quit building tractors years ago). A company that rebuilds brakes, and clutches for industrial, construction equipment, and semi trucks maybe able to repair what you have. Some parts maybe in some tractor salvage yards.
