Massey 1617 tedder?

Any idea who made it? Seems really light, at least
according to the brochure I found online. 730lbs, of
course that might be less options or something, but
it still seems light to me. I've about decided that with
the price of the heavier ones, and the service I got
out of my old walton, that one of the lighter duty
ones will work fine for me. This Massey looks good,
and doesn't appear to have been used much, and
they're asking $3500. He might take my old walton
in on trade as well...

Probably Enrossi.That's what they where a few years ago.Local Massey dealer had a 2 basket on the lot. Same as the GL2 I bought.Only difference was the Massey was $600.00 more.

Not sure on that one, but the new ones would be Fella from Germany. Agco bought them out a few years ago.

Serial plate might say Enorossi on it, I looked at a MF rake a few years back and it had Enorossi on the tag.

Looks like my Hesston 3727 .thought it was made by tinnuty .have broke tube on each wing next to ujoint, had to reweld. Never replaced any tines .
