massey ferguson 175

I am trying to decide between a long 460
tractor or a M_F 175. The Long is in great shape
and has a new bush hog front end loader. It runs
great and doesn"t appear to have any leaks.
The M-F 175 has an older front end loader
and appears to have some leaks around the injectors. It definately appears to be more
used than the Long. The Long is $8,000 and
the M-F is $5500. Which tractor do you all think is the better deal?

Try finding some parts for the Long 1st. I've never had any experience with a Long, but parts would be a big issue, because eventually you're gonna need something.

The Massey would be my choice, unless your Massey dealer is a ways away too.

Only seen a handful of Long's around here (2 at a local apple orchard), and I have no idea where a dealer for them even is...
