Massey Ferguson 2675

Can anyone advise me on these two levers outside the transmission. The two look like they should be linked together or to something but with what? Pictures taken on the right hand side of the tractor.

If I remember right their was an update on the power shift and at that
time the linkages were removed

I will check my 2705 tomorrow the linkage should be the same.I will let you know what i find.

Checked my 2705 and it didnt have the linkage setup like yours.I then checked the book and it showed linkage between the 2 points you have circled.Not sure what they are for but the book labeled the upper
lever as a clutch shaft.

The linkage is a rod with adjustments on both ends.both ends of the rod clip onto the little balls.I WILL SEE IF I CAN FIGURE OUT HOW TO SEND PICTURE.

That would be fantastic! I got a MF2675 service manual sent on-line but the pictures were low quality and the instructions substantially clipped off at the edges resulting in a semi-useless document. Can you tell me how we know the setting of the linkage is correct for the two levers to work properly?

Thanks for getting that picture on! It sure would be nice to find something definitive from MF people on whether the power shift should be left disconnected. The tractor is in great shape and don't want to threaten that!

From I&T MF-202.

Fig 76 and top of center column. As posted below, this linkage was removed on the later tractors. My 2805 has a sheet metal bracket that holds the
shaft in the valve so that the roll pin is vertical and there is no upper arm.

Honestly I dont remember where I got the
manual. Have had the tractor for 17 years
now! Back then the print copy of the parts
book was 200 some bucks. No online parts
lookup yet.

The I&T shop manual is not as good as the
factory one, but it's better than what I
had at the time which was nothing.
