I can not seem how to adjust the sickle mower the teeth dig into the ground it needs to roll back some

Should be a lever mounted on the inside of the right fender that adjusts the pitch of the cutter bar. By the angle of the cutter bar in your picture, I would think yours is missing.

Unfortunately, I do not have a picture, and my mower is not currently on the tractor.
 
Thanks there is a lever with adjustable notches but nothing is connected to it I probably could make something or use a heavy chain but don't know on the mower where to hook it or if something is missing

Thanks that really helps me to get it right I appreciate the pictures and measurements someone welded a bolt where the arm sticks up from the mower I dont know how much was cut or broke off. pushing the bar up straight by hand takes A lot of effort that rod must hold a lot
