Massey MF50D - Electrical Fire

This part got a bit hot when starting, and I had not realised some brake fluid had leaked onto it. Burnt this and melted a number of wires back to the main cables. Besides referring to the standard electrical diagrams which are a bit hard to follow, any suggestions on what i've cooked here. The bottom part of the connector had a small coil drop out, so a solenoid or is this a possible location for a voltage Reg.

That little box looks like a relay. I don't see one in the online parts book. If you have cab the relay could be related to something in the cab such as a heater.
