Massy 44 final drive ratio

Anyone know what the final drive ratio for a Massy 44 is with the transmisson in high gear?
How many times you have to turn in input shaft to turn the rear wheels one revolution.
Thanks, Buddy

In high gear the input shaft turns 16.68 times for every revolution of the rear axle. That number is calculated from the actual gear teeth through the transmission and rear end.

Rated speed is 13.8mph in high gear on 13.6-38s at 1350rpm (rated rpm).

They are a 5 speed transmission. 4th gear would be 35.66:1 for 6.47 mph at 1350rpm.

I have ratios like this listed for the other gears, plus the 444 & other Massey Harris tractors, and over 100 other tractors, in the data tables of my book, The Antique Tractor Pull Guide. Specifications and side by side comparisons are included also.

Thanks so much!! Do you have the final drive ratios in high gear(direct drive) for a F-30 Farmall and also a Cockshutt 50. Thanks, Buddy
