depends on if it has the pressed steel wheels or the cast centers stock with pressed steel somewheres around 45-4600 i used to be able to get mine down around 4000 but she was stripped down pretty good hope this helps
 
Got mine down to 4100 with me on it and 4 gallons of gas, put wheel weights on and its right around 4430 most of the time.
 
I got Mine weighing 3940 with me on it. And i weigh 300. Mine has all aluminium weight racks pressed wheels with 13.9 and stripped pretty good. Probly.could loose another 100 pounds or So
 
ours stripped down on press steel and small front tires can make 4000 lb class. Our buddy has one with weld on hubs and post seat can make 3750 class.
 
of course all this assumes you dont have live power. If it has live power that probly adds around 100 lbs. A stock 44 on pressed steel should make 4500 anyway.
 
Stripped pto shaft, pto gear in transmision, belt pully assembly, I took generator off and replaced it with a idler pully and converted to 12 volt. Fenders are off put post seat, and any nut and bolt you can
