Had to make a trip to Ashland, Va last Sat and since our little garden ain't hittin on much with the maters, I thought I'd stop at the local farmers market and make a tractor donation.
Right nice to meet Bruce and his hired help. Didn't quite know who I was lookin for but recognized that grey bucket with the grape maters he had on here last week.
Had to get them home and run a taste test, umm good.

You sure found the best use for a Hanover tomato, and you have the "correct" mayo too!

That's my wife on my left & Sarah our farm intern on my right. "Intern" sounds better on a resume than "farm hand"!
 
Farming for walking around money is indeed fun. But, if I don't make a crop, nobody is going to go hungry or not get paid!
 
Bruce....."correct mayo",I agree.I thought that was a Carolina secret.Maybe this needs to be tip #51 and the one about the intern....#52????? don
