McCormick Deering Ind-20

I just looked at a tractor that the tag said McCormick deering-Ind 20 with a serial number In-183xxs it seems to be all there but in rough shape. can someone tell me what year this is and is it worth anything? it appears to be on cut-off steel to rubber tires.

The Industrial 20 was similar to a 10-20 but with different wheels (front sprung) different seat, usually no fenders and different gears, top of order of 10mph. No where near as common as 10-20s, certainly not in New Zealand where there are probably only 3 or 4 around.
