McCormick IH624 1968 - problem with the starter switch

Hello gang!

Having some electric problem with my starter switch. When engaging the starter nothing happens. I can hear a click and some white smoke from this relay. What type of relay is this, I want to change it.
This tractor also got some type of pre heater function....

Looks more like a flasher for the lights.

Hi, I have the service manual for an IH 624 but it has no electrical diagram, it is all about the mechanical parts except the engine.
I have a service manual for an IH 644 that does include the electrical diagram, I would think the 624 is very similar to the 644 as the 624 was one generation older.
The 624 uses a German D-206 Diesel engine and the glow plug should be on the intake manifold on the left side of engine with a single wife going to it, I would unplug/disconnect the wire and see what
happens.
The glow plug could be shorted to ground.

Wire 9-19 going from terminal 19 of that relay goes to the glow plug.
