Messed up again.

Been working at removeing logs and firewood from the woods where the spring storm hit.Finally got back near the largest log. Had to use 2 chains to reach it with the 1600 and tryied to pull it with the log splitter on the 3 point.Well the log swug around and the wheels dug in and the front slid and the chain hooked the splitter and snapped it off.Had to chain the parts to the 3 point and drag the thing close to a mile back to the shop.The log and one chain are still there.Would like to use the 2-105 but its too wide.

Well, things happen. Sometimes the "worst case scenario" doesn't occur to you. Friend said the only reason farmers need welders is to fix stuff they break.

Probably should have sawed it in some smaller pieces is my guess.

What's too wide? The 2-105 or is the chain too wide? Those wide chains will act up like that.
