Does anyone here know for sure if the front axles on a 1010 and a 1030 the same?

Sure don't look the same by the parts lists.

I should have mentioned that it's 4wd.

That's what I looked up. Also note the two wheel drive front axles are not the same either.

Either the Hinomoto model E2002, E2004, E2202, or E2204 tractor parts may interchange with the MF1030 since they were built during the same time frame and they all were built by Toyosha.

just a quick question: You had mentioned finding a 1030 with a bad clutch, a few posts back, besides being hours away what was the price? Curious as to value of a 1020 also with a bad clutch, found a clutch, in the $ 500 plus tax/ship,
And maybe type in " Fawcett Tractor Supply" in Ontario Canada, they have web site for contact numbers, might find something or a lead on what you need.

I found a 1010 with the bad clutch. The guy wants $1750 for it. That's why I'm trying to make sure the parts are the same before I travel that far.

I guess the 1010 will not work for me. If you decide to sell yours I might be interested. I'm in NNY. Right a across the river.
