Hello, can anyone help me I need info on where I can find a MF 130 Quadrant control assembly or if the MF135 assembly will work. Thanks

Hi, I would agree entirely. Same make,
same make engine but virtually nothing is
interchangeable with perhaps the
exception of the seat and tyres. Parts do
come up on ebay UK occasionally when
someone breaks one. Be patient and one
will surface somewhere.

Part number 967097m93 does come up with one hit on Google. I dont know if this is the one you need? There are 3 part numbers for the 130 for quadrants.
Maybe you will be lucky?

The MF 130 replaced the MF 25 which is also a rare bird on this side of the pond. I don't know what parts interchange between the 2 models.

Hi, the 130 was introduced into the UK at the same time that the Banner Lane 100 series were launched at the Smithfield Show in December 1964. Although sold as an agricultural tractor not many UK farmers saw any wisdom in the backward step of buying an updated unknown model when most already had tried and tested 35s and 65s. The 135 and 165 and the 175 was an improved version of what they already knew. For a little more money they got a whole lot more tractor with the 135.

Good Day: I have learned from my keeping my 25 working, that a lot of parts interchange, some with a little TLC needed, EXCEPT
and its part of your question, the hyd pumps are different mounts, etc, as for the quadrants, i am not sure till i dig
out the old paperwork. a little more info on why you need a quadrant assembly? something broke or out of adjustment?
The 25 was classed as a "large "lawn tractor in the do it yourself service books [ clintons] as was the 130 referred to
also in them, you might find some info there.
Where you are? search " Fawcetts Tractor Supply" and a request on " KIJIJI " both being Canadian web sites.
I can tell you that if you ever need a starter..the 350 CHEV DIESEL starter will bolt on, from the days of the Chev
Blazer era
hope it helps

I took a look at my 25 and the quadrant appears to be the same as the one shown in the agro parts book on page 252,
the transmission housing # 957208 shows a mounting location on the right side where a extension piece bolts onto[ two
bolts] and the quadrant plate bolts onto it,the extension location is where gasket #23,mf 967263m2 is used.
the lever secures to the shaft coming out thru this extension piece.
so yes a 25 quadrant will fit if this extension piece is there, just depends on where it was removed from on the tractor.
as for a 135 quadrant fitting...IDK.
Its your tractor, just do what you need, to use and enjoy the seat time..:)
