MF 135 Diesel injector pump

Hi,
could somebody out there please tell me what this is for - it's on the end of the pump and looks like it should take a dip stick.

That's where you add oil to the crankcase, no relation to the IP unless you are removing it. I think later models have a chain attached so you don't lose it, at least on the 200 series.

I suggest you invest in an Operator's Manual for your 135 diesel. You should be able to get one from the YT Store. At the top of the page is a Tractor Manuals button. Click on that and it will take you to the bookstore where you can find manuals.

MF 135 are good tractors, enjoy it.
