MF 1445 frame problems

On my 2004 MF 1445 i have a MF 1040 loader put on from the factory. The entire tractor has about 440 hours which are not hard hours. Now the mounting frame on the controll side (right side sitting on the machine) where it mounts to the transmission is broken. does anyone know what i should do. I not going to use it until it is repaired.
 
replace or repair the fraim member thats broken. is the trans broken or just bolts broke causing the fraim to crack ? take the tractor to your dealer to have it looked at for estimate , and correct loader part replacement .good luck sir
