MF 165 oil leak

New to me 1969 model diesel.

Got oil leaking from 2 studs holding the back 2 injectors. What might be the cause?

Probably motor oil seeping down from the valve cover gasket, a common leak.

Another question, how to tell which 4 cyl diesel is in this tractor? The plate on the intake is not readable

It's the Perkins AD4.203 diesel as it has a cross flow cylinder head, The A4.236/248 has both intake and exhaust manifolds on the same side of the head.
