I seem to have got the timing issue solved on the tractor, now to fix the throttle issue. The problem is that the tractor will run up the throttle all the way with no input from me, the throttle lever isnt even moving. If I do move the throttle lever, only about 1/8 inch of movement takes the engine to wide open. At anything above an idle, it will just start revving up until it is wide open. Any ideas? Throttle linkage need adjusted? Governor issue?
