MF 203 3 point timing question

Someone took a look at my tractor a while ago, he said that the 3 point levers probably need timing. I lost his number, and can’t find anything online about it. He showed me a quick video that I haven’t been able to find, it looked like the levers were being calibrated like a scale with special tools?
My question is, what exactly is the process called so I can put in the proper keywords?
