MF 2135 Perkins power steering

Im having trouble with my power steering on my old Massey it is only
working in one direction so I assumed the pump was going bad as is
common every couple of years but with new pump and no change it
seems to work good one direction but almost nothing the other
direction. Any ideas on what I should check.
