MF 231 with 232 loader

Hello I'm new to YTF
I usually just use this forum for information but I’m thinking about buying this tractor and wanted to know if there was anything I should be concerned about it’s a MF 231 and has been kept inside it has around 350 hours the asking price is 11,995 that’s sounds high to me but considering the cost of all tractor these days I’m not sure
I will be using it for mowing some but mainly interested in the loader turning compost piles and working around the house
Thanks I appreciate any and all suggestions
