Edited my post to note that I did not go through the entire pump, just replaced the throttle and stop o-rings and lid gasket so i don't believe timing is an issue.....Just finished replacing gaskets and reinstalled pump. I opened the bleed nut on the top/side of the pump and pumped the lever until fuel came out. I loosened 2 of the nuts holding the injectors and pumped the lift pump ( number of times) but still not getting any bubbles or fuel. I moved the fuel stop lever and throttle several times and still no fuel. I have not tried to turn over the engine yet. I am certain the fuel stop was engaged when i closed the lid. Did I miss a step or do I need to pull the top and assess the guts?
