I have a MF 3080 and am having trouble engaging reverse in A range. Forward engages correctly but when engaging reverse it is as though it is not throwing in far enough. Sometimes almost engages and then grinds without engaging. Linkages all appear OK - nothing loose or badly worn. Thanks for any help.
