MF PTO and 3 point wont work.

The tractor works and runs well but I think that the PTO clutch is burnt in it the PTO will not come on and the 3 point will not lift . The question is will the PTO clutch affect the 3 point hitch.??? all the rest of the hydrolics work great but I'm sure they run off the engine driven pump. The tractor is a 1989 300 series 390 4w4 with loader.

I just bought the tractor and got it running so I don't know when they stoped working but im guessing it was at the same time . Also while it is running if you look down the filler hole in the top of the gear box I can see oil being pumped out of a tube and lubing up internal parts. So im guessing the the Hydrolic pump is working.???

you should not see oil being pumped out of any where maybe some gears turning the pump becuase of love Pto and rear hydraulics
Pull standpipe and cover see if or if an are blow. But Pto runs off same screen as rear hydraulic pump so I would take off bottom cover and check screen also
