MF Side Cutter Model??

Gentlemen,
I purchased this MF Sidecutter back last year, and I have no earthly idea of it's model number, when it was made, or where it was made. I suppose it is about 20 or 30 years old. I have been straightening rods and replacing cotter pins and missing fasteners etc. That's not to mention trying to rivet the cutter bar back together. I hope I made a good deal. Photos are attached. Thanks for any assistance.
Regards, Sapper

Make sure the break away is in good working order or you can end up with a big heavy piece of junk that becomes costly to fix. Learned that one the hard way and the part the bar mounts to broke on one I had and the cost of a new part was more then I payed for the whole machine

Old is so spot on:::

First thing is loosen that break away bolt clean the slip slide plates,
Do not lubricant the mating surfaces just retighten, this breakaway must work if you hit something, before you break a valuable casting,

When you get the pitman rod installed you must time or register the blade to the guards
Then you should be good to go,
Get a manual on eBay if you can find one,
