MF1135 underside identification

Howdy everyone, I am new to the forum. I just inherited a MF 1135 and had a couple of questions about some things on the underside.

There is a mystery hole that is threaded but does not have a screw in it (red circle in linked image). The tractor runs fine. I don't believe it is a drain plug, as this hole is much too small for that. Perhaps there is a missing grease fitting?

Also, any idea what the item in the blue circle is? it kinda looks like a different type of grease fitting.

I have looked through the Massey parts book and can't seem to figure out exactly what these are.

Thank you.

I believe the red circled hole is where the cotter pin is supposed to be. That is put in from the inside and spread open outside as a oil
drain hole if any leaks from the engine or transmission. Keeps it from getting on the clutch. The idea is that it will rotate slightly to
keep the hole open. Maybe the other hole is something PO added. Don't look like plate is factory to me. IMO

That appears to be a grease zerk circled in blue. I will guess it has a hose hooked to it, inside the housing, with the other end hooked to the throwout bearing carrier. It looks like a common fix done to avoid having to remove the inspection plate to reach in and grease the throwout bearing.

Thanks for the reply! I agree that the plate does not look original. in the parts book, that plate does not have straight sides; they are scalloped in on the short edges. I believe the cotter pin should go on that plate (were it original), and that the other hole is something else. It is threaded and too far away from the plate, but i can't find anything resembling it in the parts book.
