Hello. Help Please. My hydraulics on our 1969 135 are misbehaving after having the pump replaced. When operating the quadrant levers they will not engage the lift for the first quarter then they over lift the link arms. I’ve removed right side cover is my roller in the right position? Any help advice super appreciated.
Thanks 🙏

Looks right, but sounds like the lift cover adjustments MIGHT be off that need to be checked while it was off. The draft and position control levers also need to be carefully checked to along with the draft control spring adjustment.

Great thanks. Do you know of any mechanics in our area Exmoor Somerset Uk? 🤞

Hello. I’ve started to take the tractor seat of etc on pulling the standpipe out I noticed the pump end is bent slightly (see photo) would this make the link arms uncontrollable? Thinking it might be worth putting a new one in to try before opening it up… 🙏

I see two back up split rings and no rubber sealing ring. Each end of the tube should have 1 backup split ring and one rubber o-ring, with the o-ring being closest to the end. Yes replace that tube, it has been damaged in a prior installation.

Thanks Beagle. I’ve ordered a new tube and sealing rings. 🙏

Hello. I’ve taken the top cover off my 69 135 as the hydraulics were not operating correctly felt like they were over extending and bottoming out on the tractor casting which is not good! On further inspection 🧐 I believe I’m right and that the lift arms are not on the cam (see photos) can any one identify what looks out of place here?

Thanks 🙏
