MF302 - Sticking Spool Valves

I notice that the outrigger and the FEL spool valves get "stuck" once I run the tractor for a bit. The other backhoe controls do not get stuck like these ones. Once I finish with the backhoe and attempt to lift the outriggers, I notice the valves and stuck and I have to gently tap them with a hammer to get them working again. They work fine once I do this. If I leave the tractor for a couple days they don't get stuck, only if I run the tractor a for a bit.

Thoughts?

Put some good oil in it

Sounds like varnish on the spools. Put a couple quarts of good ATF in hydraulic oil tank. ATF has high detergent content.
