Please help.
I am unable to locate a new oil pressure sending unit for my diesel tractor. A company sent me the pressure switch but cannot find the actual sending unit which goes into the block.
Can anybody help. It"s really leaking.

Thanks

Jody

The tractor came with a "mechanical" unit. That is to say it has a tube that goes to the dash that feeds a actual gauge . What you have is a "retro fit" Someone put a electric gauge on your tractor. You can go anywhere to replace your sender. It has to be 12 volt and wired correctly. Pretty simple stuff....

Hi
It's the "Mechanical Unit" thats leaking. Right where the tube enters the engine, oil is leaking through there.
What to do??

Thanks Jody

Sounds like you may simply have trouble with a fitting. A photo would REALLY help here!

Does the connection look like this compression fitting? Hal
