MF40 fuel filter replacement

I am wanting to replace the fuel filter on my Massey ferguson 40 Industrial. Is it simply unscrew and replace or will I need to go trough the process of getting air out of the fuel lines?

Anytime a fuel system has filter service the air will need bled out.

If you are going to use NAPA, or WIX fuel filter(s).

Thanks for posting the photos again, just had a Ford TW35 on the PTO dyno Saturday. Was short on power, then engine died. Asked the owner if he put an O ring in the filter top groove when he changed the filter, said yes. Removed the filter, pried out the extra O ring blocking the inlet groove. What was surprising is he didn't have the base groove in place at all, it didn't leak, and hired hand drove the tractor to my shop five miles. Told him he was lucky to get out his lane. Pulled fine on the dyno with the filter installed right..
