MF65...needing help..AGAIN!

I hate having to ask for help again. I'm trying to reassemble the throttle linkage, and I cant figure out how the linkage goes thru the brackets and into the lower throttle lever.

I've looked at the parts diagram and its no help. It seems like everything keeps binding up against the steering tube, and theres no room for it.

Does anybody have a pic of how it actually looks when its bolted onto the tractor? I knew I shouldve taken more pics during the teardown process.

Sounds like the spring that provides tension downward is gone allowing the lever to flop around and bind on the steering column. I've got a 35 with the "dash" off that I can take a pic of and post.

Here is the Pic of the inside of the linkage, hope you can make out the spring.

Thanks for the pics. I finally got everything back together and after charging the battery my tractor is running again. Felt really good just to hear it after 2 months of being scattered in parts around my garage!!

Now Im having problems with my front end loader lifting anything. It has been pretty slow and seemed weak for many years now. A local man told me the old massey's were notoriously slow even new. But now it wont even lift its own bucket unless you rev the rpm's thru the roof! I replaced the fluid with the perma tran brand (big money), as thats what always seemed to work best with my tractor. I have no idea whats going on. Ive checked the control levers on the side and they are in the same position they've been in for 20 years. The 2 loader cylinders arent leaking, and the remote valve control isnt leaking either, so it seems like it must be something internal.

I've never worked on anything like the hydraulic pump inside, so I have no idea what I'm getting into. I've already started reading my service manual. Any advice would sure help!

My buddy and I just had to replace the power steering pump on a Hoe, seems the PO left out some parts while trying to repair. I'm not a pump guy either so all I can suggest is to start a new post and describe your problem or type in slow lifting loader in the "search" block, bet there's already somebody thats addressed it.
