having problem with above mentioned tractor governor bearing behind crankshaft pulley broke got that replaced adjusted governor replaced spring on external governor spring that goes outside of governoer control rod and frplaced the little ball socket at top of governor contro rod old one had about half inch of slack adjusted all linkages by a youtube video feel good about all so far now the motor will really overspeed using hand throttle the motor will come back down to idle properly but the instant you start off idle she starts climbing and sounds like she going thru the roof what controls high idle speed know im missing sumpthing simple please help crowspond
