MH 50 steering

I have a MH 50 with manual steering. It is a great tractor but steers hard for my wife. Is there a kit to change it over to a power steer?
Tom, your easiest might be to adapt a Char Lynne torque generator into the steering column somewhere. You will also need a power steering pump of some sort run off your fan belt. I was looking at that option for my 101 Jr, but then went to full hydraulic, which runs a hydraulic cylinder tied into the steering arms. steve

Power steering was available on the 50 and the 150. It appears if you had a doner tractor yours could be retrofitted. You didn't say what motor you have. but you would need the pump specific to the motor. The system on the 50 looks a lot like the system on the 65/165, it may be the same. Unless you have a loader that 50 shouldn't be that difficult to steer. I found that jacking up the front end when greasing the spindle improved the steering on mine.
