MH 90 combine. How big a windrow

It should have been dry. It was a green patch left behind over a month ago. It was cool however and the wheat stalks were going through the combines whole.

Those old Massey?s were great machines. I cut my teeth on a Super 92. To this day I haven?t had a sample that clean with so little waste. Back then a perfectly adjusted combine was almost as big a pride as perfectly straight rows.

I agree they put out a top notch sample although my IH 151 will challenge it. My Case 600 actually was the cleanest but it cracked it too much. Those 92s were the highlight of Massey and one of those is on my acquire list. Only thing is I would like smack the side Tom Carroll's head a little for putting the engine underneath the combine. I'm a skinny guy and it is still a challenge for me to get underneath to just check the oil.

I'll second that!

Walking through that swath like no tomorrow.......especially impressive considering the HP robbing chopper on the back!

I remember fighting fall rye through our Super 92. Not near as much fun. LOL

(quoted from post at 13:20:24 10/27/18) Looking GOOD! The swath must be quite dry/well cured!
