MH44 WATER PUMP

I'm trying to remove the water pump hub off
the old water pump but the set screw will
not come loose should I drill it out take
the torch and heat it or can it be removed
in place just will go harder on the h bar?

if its the cast pulley they will break easily. heat set pulley and remove set screw if possible. otherwise drill it
