I bought a pair last summer 20X38 with 0" offset. Received them within 2 weeks of when I was told they would be ready.
 
Did you get everything to put them together? Can"t believe you pay almost $3000 for a set of wheels and still have to turn around and buy the nuts to put them together. I was told that it has been this way for thirty years. It doesn"t say it in the it description. I received the bolts but no nuts. A friend of mine bought a set 3 years ago and everything came with his. Now they want me to pay $40 more to send nuts. Won"t be another set of Midwest wheels at my house. Sounds petty but it could have been handled better also. First impressions mean a lot to me. It should be put in the description letting you know what to be prepared for. I can understand them not coming with beadlock screws because not everyone uses them. The nuts to put the halves and center plates are a pretty integral piece of the puzzle though. It would be like buying a new car and not getting a key to go with it. Ok ranting over.

Bought a set of Midwest wheels from Hawthorne tire. All hardware was provided as well as lug caps and polish. Extras provided by Hawthorne. Point is, I ordered through Hawthorne and everything was provided by either Midwest or Hawthorne.
 
Roger Wysong himself told me they do not
come with the nuts. I think they were forgot
and then they wanted me to pay for the
mistake. He said its been that way for thirty
years.
