I had my 670 gas in the feed grinder today. It ran good til I got warm. Then it stumbled and shut off. I adjust the carb no change, then pulled the choke no change. It evened stumbled after I disengaged the phone. I'm thinking a coil so I changed it same symptoms.

I don't know that it's electrical or it would most likely die all at once, wouldn't stumble. I think you're vapor locking or something.

I can tell you something that happened to my Oliver 77 recently. I use it 7 days a week to feed cattle. It got to where it started hard, had no power when I started the PTO on the feed wagon, would stumble and die it I didn't stop the PTO and pull the choke out quick enough. I ran it up by the shop, took the plug out of the bottom of the carburetor and blew air up in it with the air hose. When the gas started running out again, there was some rusty water. I did it again and got rusty water again. The third time, I got clean gas. Every since then, it starts on these cold mornings at a dead idle with no choke. It hasn't started and run that well in years.

You were VERY VERY lucky you can really screw up the float by blowing compressed air in the carburetor bowl.
