Minnie 707.

Use the winch to load and to unload. I do that now that I have a good winch on my trailer. Before that I would give the tractor or whatever a shove and close my eyes and hope for the best. Haven't lost one yet. Helps to be on level ground.
That dragging them off with another tractor can get dangerous real fast. Had a close call few years ago when the loaded unit had no brakes. I come flying off and the pulling person stopped. It was almost a crunch. So now I make sure I have 50’ of chain on the pulling tractor when I do that and the driver gets informed do not stop. If Im rolling fast then speed up.

Yes same tractor. Actually the 705 is the same tractor as the 97. They put a Massey grill on them and painted the red , but they are a Minneapolis tractor.Massey needed tractors as their factory burnt down. These 707’s were only made in 1965 and only 417 units biult. Then the G1000 took over.

Massey also didn’t have anything in the design que for a big wheatland tractor at the time. They wouldn’t have their own until the 1100 came out.

The G707 has the classic (not Vista) G1000 fenders, a dry air filter, and also has a few internal transmission differences from the G705.
