THINKING OF MAKING M-5 PULLER INPUT NEEDED

What kind of pulling classes are you aiming for and how far do you want to go? Its gear selection is a tad better gears than a 5-star.

Mopower, I have a 5 Star puller. Can you elaborate on the gear differences in a 5 Star and an M5? Will an M5 tranny fit on a 5 Star?

If you have a moment, look at my posting from 05/30/2011. Regarding your question if they will fit, Yes, the casting number for tranny and rearend was the same for the M5 until you go into the very last few. The first ones used the same 3 pt hitch system as well.
