A MM E Sheller with full set of drags is coming up for auction nearby. It appears to be in decent shape for the age. What kind of value should this thing have? I have been looking for one and was just curious about how much I"ll spend to get it.

you will have to out bid the iron buyers witch is some times fun. It's worth about $400 iron price so if it's in good shaoe like it sounds I would spend up to $600 or so. I have a model D and i paid iron price for it and it cost $165 and an E is lots bigger

I think John is right. I saw a nice 1200 sell for 700 about a month ago. I have a model d I payed 475 for. It's in good shape and I'm glad purchased it.
