I had a Minneapolis Moline manure spreader follow me home yesterday, needs new wood but has a good chain. It has the pretty spoked rear wheels, i
found out it is a ground driven LS300 model, i'm trying to find out stuff about it, esp years made?

This is newer than yours of course but I have seen MM spreaders that are identical to the Shultz spreader we had in the 60's.

If your spreader has rubber tires, I would say it is from the mid 1940's at the earliest. From the research I've done, the apron chains seem to be, pretty much, the same width. (center of sprocket to center of sprocket) The attached photo is from the internet, but mine is the same as the photo. I have some chain. The links are stamped "star" and 67. If anyone comes across a place where I can buy the apron chain, you would be my bff. lol I came across a place on the internet where one could buy the widespread for a mm. The widespread is the rear slinger. Can anyone tell me what model this is? Thanks
