I was sent to Imperial, Nebraska yesterday for a safety meeting for my new job with Frenchman valley coop. Sitting on the edge of town was this little gem. I stopped and visited with the owner and now I am the owner of it. The guy that had it turned down my first offer because he thought it was too much!

What are the hoops for on the head?

Imperial, NE is where Scott and Linda Payne"s custom harvesting business is headquartered. They were featured in a nice video from a few years ago called "The 1000 mile Harvest".

It is bent up but should be real easy to straiten up. The owner told me that he did that while moving it one time but he didn't elaborate and I did not ask! I got her home this evening with no problems! I have to go back sometime to pick up a mm drill and a 605 power unit.

My father had one of those pull type shellers and converted it to a stand alone sheller to use for shelling corn from ear corn bins. The loading auger system was from an old feed grinder mixer. The hopper box made it nice since you could change wagon boxes without stopping the machine.
