Molboard plow question

Wondering what brand of plow this is and does anyone have any ideas on how to find a couple missing parts

What is the deal with the round rocker looking thing on the first plow?

The more I look at it, the more I agree that the hitch looks homemade. Trying to figure out the now unused mechanism above the first bottom frame.

Those slatted moldboards are quite rare now. New slats are NLA. I have a 1947 H. Ferguson slatted 2-bottom plow.

It is a JD plow designed for the unique hitch used on the model M and MT tractors, and somebody has modified it to be used on 3-point. The rocker is part of the original hitching system. I am not confident that it would plow correctly after these modifications. Here is an unmodified example with solid moldboards.
