A guy I know is putting together a go cart with his grandson. He wanted to slow it down cause it was Way too fast for a 6 YO.
He found a (much) bigger sprocket but the center hole was too big. So I made about a .090" wall bushing for it and drilled and tapped the holes for the hub.
Not a big machining job but it was very important. The boy told me that himself.
And it was the first job since I got the lathe put back together so important to me for a couple of reasons.
