Looks to be a common IH carb that was used on the A,B,C etc and the tag you need to look at is on the engine side of the carb which will have the carb numbers on it. As for the plugs off the top of my head I can not give you the numbers but they use a 7/8 socket to pull them. I can find the plug number tomorrow by looking at my BA which I built from 3 junk tractors

7/8 socket for the plugs. I don't/won't use Champion plugs. I use AC C87's in pretty much everything. Like Bohn says, it's hard to tell, but it looks like a Zenith carb to me.

Where's your air cleaner hose? looks like a Zenith, should have a tag or numbers on it. I used Champion d21 plugs, haven't fouled one in Years and I change them with a 7/8 socket.

I am a diehard ac plug guy but after having to change out plugs on four different tractors that I installed ac in around the county I won't put another ac in. Autolite now. Had problems with two tractors so went ahead and changed the other two tractors out to save another road trip and my a$$. chris

Yeah, I understand. I also have no problem with Autolite, I've used them many times. I won't use Champion after having junk ones right from the box new. Different junk, same place of manufacture.

don't worry about the rubber hose. Carb looks like one used on A and Bs but not used after 48 as the choke lever showing was not used later. Just take the gasket with you as needle and seat will be the same. Never said what plugs are now in use but try 13/16 and 7/8 maybe even 15/16. Do get the hose from air cleaner to carb.
