More about Head Bolts

I got that one head bolt out with any trouble but I found another one that didn't look very good so I dicited to take it out,its on the other sode above one of the exhust ports I got it broke lost so it will turn a little maybe a turn or two but then it stops and becomes pretty hard to turn I've worked it back and forth trying to loosen it but it still binds up.My bigest fear is twisting it off,I keep adding liquid wrench to it but nada.Any ideas?

Pete.......I just ran across an interesting concept for "frozen" bolts, "Loctite Freeze and Release". Spraybomb that instantly freezes rusted and seized fasteners at a temp of -45F. The COLD shock-freeze effect creates microscopic cracks in the applied area and allows the active ingredients to penetrate into the connection. $15 (cheap) ......Dell

Resist the temptation for more force!!! Keep working it back and forth. Probably got a big gob of rust on the threads inside the water jacket and you will just have to "wear it down". If it's free for a full turn or more there's not much more thread left inside.

Back in the day (LONG before global warming and ozone depletion were concerns) there wasn't much that was so stuck that a good blast of liquid R-12 refrigerant wouldn't shrink enough to unstick. We'd even shrink crank journals to slide roller bearings on rather than use a press.

Great tip Dell , where did you find this , NAPA or some other parts?
Thanks
