Most durable aftermarket loaders?

I can tell you that Koyker loaders (at least the one my brother has) use hydraulic cylinders that all the cylinder rods rusted, so he had to replace all the cylinders. I wouldn't get a Koyker loader.

J Bush Hog bought the loader line from Great Bend, they latter went broke and sold the loader operation to an outfit in Korea. Not certain you can even buy a new Bush Hog loader. I know for awhile parts were not to be had. Around here about the only off-brand loader used is a Woods.

Thanks so far guys. I should have mentioned that im looking into used loaders. New is not in the budget.

And J Hamilton: Thats my last name also.

We had a Fordson Major with a Davis Industrial loader on our farm and used it to do regular work such as loading manure, but also did a lot of stone digging with it and it never gave us a lick of trouble. We did, however, add power steering because the bucket was large and we routinely filled it with dirt. I would recommend a Davis to anyone.

Massey Ferguson acquired Davis Loaders a long time ago, and branded them as Massey Ferguson.

Allied is a strong loader. I have had a 790 model for over 25 years and used and abused it terrible. There has been a few cracks over the years
that have needed to be stitched up, but it has stood up well IMO.

Im the last Hamilton male from my line, grew up near Rockford IL. In TX now. Grampa was from Upper Mich, his father came down from Canada. Have maybe a few near Detroit from great uncle.

allied is made in canada and the prices fluctuate depending on the strength of Canadian dollar. Last one i bought new, i couldn't afford to pass up. they have
a parts distribution warehouse in Blair NE, just north of omaha!

I had a JD 4010 with Koyker K5 loader. Only had the machine for a few years, but that loader was a beast! Originally had 4 grapple hooks, but they were removed before I bought it. The bucket was quite heavy duty.

While I had it, absolutely no problems with the loader.

Good question. Horsepower is somewhat close, but overall weight of machine and wheelbase are less for the MF. It would likely work, but you'd probably need to add ballast in the rear; filled tires, or maybe added weight attached to the 3-pt., or maybe get some heavy scrap steel and attach ballast to the underside of the rear axle, making sure it could be removed if need be for maintenance or repair.
