i do farm repairs and here of late i have did two ford tractor seal replacement on steering on 4610U and 2000 3 cly both of them had nice big mouse nest on top of tank if you own one of this type tractor you pull the tack cluster to get to top of tank might be a good spring time job i also posted it in the ford form

With a polyethylene sheet bigger than the tank top, and a can of great stuff urethane foam, open the hood and wipe the tank top with degreaser and dry it. Then use the expanding foam to make a dam around the outside of the top in a 1/2" bead about 2 inches in from the curve of the edges. Place the poly sheet on this to prevent the material from sticking the hood down, and shut the hood on it. Allow to cure. Open the hood and cut to shape. Jim
