Got the MT split because of a clutch that was slipping some but was still drivable. My question is the pressure plate looks good to me and the springs seem strong. Bought a new clutch disk because old one was wearing down into the rivets and was obviously quite wore. The old one measures 0.205 thick and the new one is 0.31. What's the chances this will fix my problem? Splitting tractor isn't bad but don't want to have to do it again!

I went thru the same thing with a neighbor's MT several years ago. Replaced the throwout bearing, pressure plate and its hold down screws, clutch disc as well as checked the face one the flywheel. Do the parts replacement now while it is all apart, much easier than having to take it apart again. New parts in there can give you piece of mind

Very good point to check on the throw out bearing's holder. All of that should be replaced if is worn. If you can get to it check the seal on the input shaft to the xmission to make sure it's not leaking oil which in some cases can get into the pressure plate area.
